Refund & Return Policy

Our 30-day guarantee

We want you to love your This House Believes Car LED Display. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to ask for a return, refund or replacement.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your item arrives damaged, stops working, or is not what you ordered, email support@thishousebelieves.shop within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or short video of the problem. We will send a free replacement or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer. You do not need to send the damaged item back.

Change of mind returns

• Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• Email support@thishousebelieves.shop before sending anything back. We will reply with return instructions and our return address. Returns sent without contacting us first may not be accepted.
• For change-of-mind returns the customer pays return shipping. Damaged or defective items never need to be sent back.
• We recommend a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for returns lost on the way back to us.
• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will refund the price of the returned items to your original payment method.

What cannot be refunded

• Items that are used, damaged by misuse, or returned without their original packaging and accessories (hat, scarf, arms and cable), unless they arrived damaged or defective.
• Shipping protection, once your order has shipped.

Bundles

Bundle prices are discounted because the units are bought together. If you return part of a bundle, your refund is the amount you paid for the bundle minus the regular single-unit price of the items you keep, so the refund never exceeds what you paid for the returned units.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take 5 to 10 business days for the credit to appear. You will receive an email when your refund is issued.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item or quantity is to return the original for a refund and place a new order. For damaged or defective items, we send a replacement directly.

Please contact us first at support@thishousebelieves.shop. We answer every message within 24 hours on business days and can almost always resolve a problem faster than a bank dispute.
